Cool! Where can I get a pint of Calli?

You can get your hands on Calli by purchasing through our online store now or via one of our resellers (more stockists coming soon)! Sign up for our newsletter or follow our Facebook and Instagram to stay updated.


Can I buy Calli online via the website? If so, how much does shipping cost?

Yes – you may purchase Calli from our online store, we currently deliver throughout Singapore. There is a minimum order requirement of 2 pints for delivery.

Shipping costs a flat S$9. Please note shipping to restricted zones (i.e. Sentosa will incur a $11 surcharge).


What time is delivery?

We are currently delivering everyday excl. public holidays from 5-7pm each day.

Deliveries can be arranged on the same day (if timing permits) and the timeslot is available when checking out.


How do you deliver.. Ice Cream?

Calli is stored well-frozen and packaged in an insulated pouch/bag just before delivery. We only use same-day couriers on demand which means Calli will be delivered to you still frozen – but you should place it in the freezer right away once received (or finish it up on the spot!).


Can I make changes to my delivery day/timing?

Yes please get in touch with us via our contact no asap . If the couriers have already picked up your order – there will be additional delivery charges as we will need to arrange for a new courier delivery.


What if nobody is home / or I am un-contactable during delivery?

If we are not able to get in touch with you during delivery timing or nobody is home, your parcel will be left at your door. As it is a frozen food product, we are not able to make a return trip with the ice cream nor are we able to come back at a different timing.
